Support Your Library
Monetary Donations
Donate directly to the library. Monetary donations may be made in cash or by check (made to Odell Public Library). You may designate how you want the money to be used, or you may let the director use the money where it is needed.
You may choose to donate through the Odell Public Library Foundation.
You may also donate by participating in the Adopt a Book program. A $15.00 donation allows you to adopt any of the new releases. A name plate is put in the book with your name or dedicated to another person of your choice. The adopter is also allowed to be the first person to check out the book.
Donation of Materials
The library also accepts donations of books, magazines and audiovisual items. Items must be in good condition and not too out of date. The library reserves the privilege of deciding whether items donated should be added to the collection. Donated materials not needed for the library collection may be placed with items to be sold at the annual Book and Bake Sale.
Volunteer
Join the Odell Public Library Friends. They meet once a month and contribute to the library in many ways.
Volunteer in the library. Duties performed by library volunteers are numerous and diverse. Please see the library director for volunteer opportunities.
